How we handle your information

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you choose to share with us, such as your name, how to reach you, and your message or request.

Please don't include sensitive details, like a child's name or medical or financial information, in a message.

We use your information to respond to you, to send the updates you ask for, and to put you in touch with someone who can help. It goes to the coalition staff and partners who can help with your request.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else unless you agree, it's needed to run this website, or the law requires it.

We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you and for the coalition's ordinary records.

Like most websites, this site relies on trusted service providers to run: for example, to understand how visitors use the site in general (analytics), to protect our forms from spam, to deliver email, to show maps, and to host the site. These providers may receive standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type.
